Enamelled carbon steel pot with lid
An enamelled pot is a functional vessel for daily preparation of soups, sauces, vegetables, and other homemade dishes. It combines a durable carbon steel construction with the practical properties of enamel and the ability to be used on all types of cookers.
The body of the pot is made of carbon steel and coated on both sides with smooth, non-porous enamel made from natural raw materials. The surface does not absorb odours, limits the settling of dirt and bacteria, and is easy to keep clean. The rim guard additionally protects the edge of the vessel against accidental chipping. The pot can be used on induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs, and is also dishwasher safe. After removing the lid, the vessel is also suitable for use in the oven at temperatures up to 240°C, which expands the possibilities of preparing various dishes.
