Made of aluminum, it ensures fast and even heating over the entire surface. Its interior is covered with the Qualum Basic non-stick coating, which is resistant to abrasion and exceptionally easy to clean. The characteristic ribbed outer surface combined with classic black and a steel handle give the vessel a modern, professional look. The pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, and can also be used in the oven up to 200°C, which further increases its functionality.
