Aluminum saucepan with lid for induction
Saucepan with lid Ultimo 18 cm is made of cast aluminum, which evenly distributes heat and is resistant to deformation. Thick walls accumulate temperature well, so prepared dishes stay warm for a longer time. The interior features the Swiss non-stick coating ILAG Ultimate, designed for intensive use. Its properties allow for preparing dishes with a small amount of fat and limit the sticking of ingredients.
The full induction base speeds up heating and efficiently conducts heat, and the saucepan can be used on all types of cookers. The Energy Saving System indicator informs by changing color when the appropriate cooking temperature is reached, helping to reduce unnecessary energy consumption and overheating of the vessel. The aluminum saucepan for induction is also equipped with a glass lid with a silicone rim and holes for steam release and convenient straining. The vessel is suitable for the oven up to 180°C and for dishwasher cleaning.
