The interior of the pan is covered with the Swiss ILAG Essential coating, which prevents sticking and allows for frying with a minimal amount of fat. The innovative HEAT Control indicator in the form of a red hexagon on the surface informs you when the pan reaches the optimal frying temperature – then simply reduce the burner power to save energy and protect the coating. The steel, riveted handle ensures durability and safety of use. The pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, and can be used in the oven up to 220°C.
