Set of pots and pans with a detachable handle
The Briks set was designed for everyday cooking and convenient storage of more cookware in a small space. It combines pots and pans with fixed handles with cookware operated by a single detachable handle, allowing you to choose the way of use for a specific dish.
The cookware is made of cast aluminum resistant to distortion and deformation. The material evenly distributes heat, and the thick walls accumulate it well, keeping the food warm longer. The interior is covered with Qualum Basic non-stick coating with good abrasion resistance, which reduces sticking and facilitates cleaning. The cookware is equipped with a thick induction bottom, so it can be used on all types of stoves. Models with a detachable handle have a special fastening placed outside the rim of the vessel, which allows you to put on the lid even when the handle is attached. After disconnecting it, the saucepan and pans can be stacked inside one another, stored more conveniently in the refrigerator, served on the table, and used in the oven up to 240°C. Double-sided spouts facilitate pouring liquids, silicone rims of the lids protect the edges of the cookware, and the included mats can be used both under hot dishes and as covers.

The bodies are resistant to deformation, heat evenly and accumulate heat well. The Qualum Basic coating reduces food sticking, makes cleaning easier and features good abrasion resistance.
Cookware with fixed handles and detachable handle system
The set combines classic cookware with handles with a saucepan and frying pans adapted to a single detachable handle. This allows the cookware to be used in various ways depending on the dish being prepared.
Secure attachment of the detachable handle
The handle attaches to a special catch and is secured with a lock. The attachment point is located outside the rim of the vessel, so it does not scratch its edge and does not interfere with putting on a lid.
Compact storage and more usage possibilities
After detaching the handle, compatible vessels can be nested inside one another, taking up less space. The handleless saucepan and frying pans can also be stored in the fridge, served directly on the table and used in the oven up to 240°C.

The thick induction base allows the cookware to be used on induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
Double-sided spouts for convenient pouring
Spouts on both sides of the vessels facilitate controlled pouring of sauce or soup, as well as draining water or excess fat. This feature is convenient for both right- and left-handed users.
Lids and silicone mats with a practical design
The lids feature a silicone rim that reduces the risk of scratching the edges of the vessels. The mats protect the countertop or table from high temperatures, and thanks to their shaped design, they can also serve as covers.
