Made of cast iron, it is characterized by exceptional durability and resistance to damage, while heating up evenly and retaining heat for a long time. The specially designed lid features a water vapor circulation system – the tabs on its underside allow for even distribution of moisture, so that dishes remain juicy and full of natural flavor. Thanks to its elegant appearance, the roaster will work well not only during food preparation but also when serving directly on the table. It is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, as well as for the oven at temperatures up to 240°C.
