Roasting pan with Aroma Knob System lid 

The Amber roasting pan combines the durability of cast aluminum with features that simplify roasting, stewing, and cooking. The lid with the Aroma Knob system allows you to replenish liquids without lifting it, helping you conveniently control food preparation.

The roasting pan is made using cast aluminum technology, making the structure resistant to warping and deformation during use. The interior is covered with a Qualum Basic non-stick coating with very good non-stick properties and high abrasion resistance, which additionally facilitates cleaning. The glass lid is equipped with the Aroma Knob System: a special dispenser placed in the knob allows the gradual addition of oil or water during cooking and roasting without having to remove the lid. The silicone rim protects the edge of the roasting pan from scratching, and the holes in it facilitate steam release and draining. A practical spout allows you to conveniently pour off liquids or excess fat. The thick induction base allows the roasting pan to be used on all types of cookers, including induction, and the ability to use it in the oven up to 180°C further expands its range of applications.
